7/10   10U Finishes 9th at ASA Nationals in Johnson City, TN!!!
The 10U team went 3-2 and was the highest Midwest finisher for the 2011 ASA National Championship! Great job Lightning!!

7/10   10U ASA Chicago Metro Champs!!!
The 10U team was 6-1 on the weekend and Earned the Metro Crown! This is the teams 11th tournament championship!

7/4   Gold Team to Compete in the Premier National Tournament in Huntington Beach!
Congratulations to the Gold Team on a terrific season and good luck at Nationals!

7/4   18U Team Finishes 7-2 at the TNT Showcase in Quakertown, PA!
Congratulations to the 18U team for an outstanding performance in this premiere recruiting tournament, with over 130 college coaches in attendance. The team also earned an invitation to the very exclusive Fall showcase!

7/4   Gold Team Finishes 8-2-1 at the Louisville Slugger Independence Day Tournament in Boulder, Colorado!
Congratulations to the Gold team for an outstanding performance in the country's top recruiting tournament, which features the best teams from around the nation!

7/3   14U USSSA National Qualifier Champs!!
In a tournament loaded with the top Chicago area teams, the Lightning 14U were 6 - 1 on the weekend, and defeated Team Oak to capture the championship!

7/3   10U Born on the 4th of July Champs!!
The 10U Lightning won their 10th championship of the season, defeating the Tinley Park Bulldogs 4-2 for the Championship!

7/3   10U I80 League Champs!!
The 10U Lightning won their 9th championship of the season, defeating the NWI White Sox 5-2 in the finale!

6/19   12U Trevian ASA NNQ Invitational Champs!!
The Lightning 12U were 8 - 0 on the weekend, allowing only 3 runs in this 63 team tournament. The Lightning defeated the Arlington Heights Patriots 3-0 to capture the championship!  This is the team's fourth championship.

6/5   10U BNGSA ASA National Qualifier Champs!!
The Lightning 10U captured their 6th tournament championship, winning the BNGSA ASA National Qualifier. The Lightning were 6-0 on the weekend and defeated the NW Indiana White Sox in a hard fought 2-1 championship game!

5/22   12U Play the Turf ASA National Qualifier Champs!!
The Lightning 12U playing up in the 14U Class, of the Play the Turf ASA National Qualifier, defeated the Canton Crush for their 3rd championship of season!

5/22   Just Call 'em Butter, Because They are on a Roll!
The Lightning 10U won their 5th championship, going 6-0 on the weekend. They defeated the Indiana Xtreme 16-8, while pounding out 20 hits, during the Championship Game of the Sparks ASA National Qualifier!

5/15   10U Wins Their Fourth Consecutive Tournament!!
The Lightning went 6-0 on the weekend and defeated Team Oak Stars 14-0 to claim the championship!

5/8   12U Wins Crown Point NSA National Qualifier!!
The Lightning went 6-1 on the weekend and defeated the Indiana Angels in the championship game!

5/1   10U Wins HRP ASA National Qualifier!!
The Lightning defeated the Northwest Indiana White Sox 13 - 5 in the championship game, and claimed the ASA National bid in Johnson City, Tn!

4/17   10U Wins A's Spring Blast ASA NNQ!!
The Lightning defeated the Tinley Park Bulldogs 4 - 0 in the championship game!

Trailing 1-0 thru the first three innings, the Lightning bats came to life and earned the 11-1 championship game victory!

3/13   10U Wins Indy Sportzone ASA Qualifier!!
The 10U team earned a hard fought ten inning victory in the championship game to capture the tournament championship!

2/4   13U Opening for a Pitcher or Position Player!!

Congratulations to the Gold Team for winning the Regional Championship in a hard fought 3-2 victory over the Chill Gold.   The championship earns the Gold team a birth in the ASA Gold Nationals in Marietta Ga.
